Indigo says Reflector is Active But it is not connecting

Indigo says Reflector is Active But it is not connecting

I have reset the reflector, turned off the firewall, reboot my mini, but I still cannot connect outside my network.

I have read the forms and other instructions say to be directed by support.

So where do I go from here, it was working so well before.

Follow the steps to reset your reflector's activation, and let us know at which step something doesn't match up with what the instructions say.

I followed the directions as stated. All appeared to work well, but still no ability to connect remotely. Turned off firewall to see if different outcome, but no change

@howartp, don't know what you're talking about... :lol:

Just to close out this thread - it was not a reflector issue at all (which was up and running), but rather Indigo Touch was having a connection issue. Deleting then recreating the connection in Indigo Touch (while the iOS device was on the same network as the Indigo Server) fixed the issue.
