reflector connection is currently down

reflector connection is currently down
first i noticed Alexa could no longer control devices, then i could only log in on my phone if i was on my local network wifi... so after hours of going through things i see that my reflector connection is currently down. and do not see any instructions on how to fix this. Can someone give me a little direction please ?

a little additional info on the website it shows my reflector as status activated subscription active

Your reflector seems to be up right now. Can you confirm?
