Cant get remote access to work

I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast and changed my ISP, I used to be able to connect indigo touch when away from my home,
now as soon as I leave my house I no longer can connect to the server. Do I need to change something for the new ISP?

What errors do you see in the Event Log when the server starts up?

Reset your reflector's activation and that should fix it.

I reset the reflector it now connects in the event list but still not able to control my system if I'm not on my homes wifi.

If it connects but controlling devices does nothing, then you likely still have Indigo running on a different Mac. Shutdown and uninstall Indigo on that Mac, then restart Indigo on your desired Mac and the reflector should connect to the correct server.

If it works but only when you aren't at home, then stop and restart the Indigo Server and copy/paste its Event Log window contents (actual text not a screen shot) into a reply.

Hmmmm, I sold my home in LA and sold the Indigo system with the house so there is definitely a new Mac mini running the system but the Mac mini I used for that house is in my new house. Would the name of the server for the reflector have anything to do with it? My systems were just called the home address, so my reflector account still says the old house address name. the new system server has a new name, when it starts it says connected to the old server name See below server name is *** pebble beach but reflector is *** elkwood

If I click the reflector link and enter my password I can control my current house from a browser window, so the name of the reflector doesn't seem to matter

If this works, I think the problem is just your settings on your iPhone in Indigo Touch.

While at home on local WiFi from the Indigo Touch settings (gear icon) screen delete your current server then close and re-open the settings screen, and select your server (it should reappear). That will save into Indigo Touch your reflector name and then it should work when at home on WiFi or when away (via reflector).
