FIXED... was me. I was killing python process did not realize that the web server was running on py2.7

I have been getting this problem consistently with the following details in the log:

Error reflector connection test failed: unable to connect to server
Error reflector reconnection scheduled in 5 seconds
Error failed to create reflector connection: unable to connect to server
Error reflector reconnection scheduled in 15 minutes


The net effect is that I cannot reliably use the Indigo Touch app anymore without having to restart the server. This started happening soon after migrating to Indigo 6 on a Mac Server running OS 10.9.2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try running the Indigo Perm Fixer app. Be sure and copy the contents from the output window (step #6) and paste them into a forum or email reply so we can see what is reported.

Okay, that all looks good. I presume it still isn't working? If not, then send us an email indigo-support AT perceptiveautomation.com and we'll work with you on some more troubleshooting.

I think it may be working now and am giving it 24 hours to be sure since the problem was inconsistent. Thanks for the guidance nevertheless.
