What happens when the Subscription service expires?

I decided not to pay for the subscription service but now I get a popup window telling me that my subscription has expired (no surprise) and telling me to either catch up license or deactivate it. I do not want this popup each time I start Indigo. What will happen if I deactivate the license and which license?

If you deactivate the license then Indigo will no longer work (you use the Deactivate button if you need to move your Indigo install to a different Mac). The dialog is only there to remind you that your subscription has expired - that you aren't entitled to further upgrades and your reflector is no longer active. It doesn't otherwise effect the operation of Indigo.
