Prisma Reflector

Hello,

I just upgraded from Indigo 6 to Indigo 7 and I am trying to activate the reflector but it says waiting for activation. On the registration page it says that it is active.
I stoped the server leaving the client open deleted the reflector folder on the application support/.../ but nothing changed. It continues to wait activation even though in the site is stated as activated...
The port of the indigo is open on my router (checked via no-ip).

any help please

Did you follow the first 3 steps in resetting your reflector's activation?
