Re: Kwikset 99140 Smartcode 914 unlock failed

Just to confirm, when you added it to the Z-Wave network, did you use encryption?

Re: Outdoor door / gate sensor ?

I honestly don't know if it's a possible solution here, but I was just reading an article about ratgdo. I don't know enough about it to recommend it (or not) but the local control aspect of it makes me want to buy one just to support the project.

Re: Updating virtual device Last Update timestamp?

If I'm not mistaken, if you send a value that's equal to what it's currently set to, the device won't register an update (but I wouldn't swear to that in court). Here's one option that I *THINK* would work. Using the Global Property Manager plugin, add a custom property to the device and then -- usi...

Adding Indigo Data to Apple's Calendar App Using an iCal File

A script that demonstrates yet another way to add information to the Apple Calendar. This example uses the Indigo reflector and its public facing web assets folder to share data, so (as shown) it will break when you upgrade Indigo to a new version. For a more permanent solution, save the resulting i...

Re: Zooz Zen30 800LR - relay control doesn't work?

Seems like it might be possible to do something with raw Z-Wave commands in this case.

Re: Indigo keeps trying to connect to a remote IP

At least for those five domains, yes.

Edit: there are other connections that may appear depending on how you use your system. I can't post them all here without revealing too much to the bad guys out there.

That's connections back to the Indigo mothership.

Re: New iOS

Unfortunately, there's no screenshot attached. It's unlikely that anything will be done to respond to an iOS beta issue since the OS itself is still in development. Matt and Jay generally discourage using betas (and recently-released OS updates) with Indigo as Apple has a history of introducing new ...

Re: Debugging embedded script exector

You might try rerunning the Indigo installer to see if that helps.

Otherwise, this might be a question that requires Jay's or Matt's attention.

Re: Debugging embedded script exector

There should be an entry in the log that shows the name of the action, trigger or schedule that's running the embedded script.

Nothing stands out?

Re: invalid API command message

You didn't say how you were trying to execute the command, so I've included a full working example below. Also: Recommend removing your reflector name from the above message for security. The ID value is optional, so any valid JSON should work. Ensure that you've started your Indigo Server with the ...

Re: found module included in controller with no matching device

I have the same problem; If I'm not mistaken, that information is stored within the Z-Wave controller and Indigo is simply passing along what the controller reports. If the steps to remove the device from the controller don't work, then you may be looking at a failing controller. For kicks, I ran t...

Possible Icon Values

There is a post (which I can't seem to find at the moment) that posed a question about the possible values that can appear in the various NOAA device icon states. I found that hitting this URL: https://api.weather.gov/icons returns a list of possible values. As of today, they are: { "@context&q...
