Generated Images Not Valid

Post by danowitz »

Hi,

When I try to open the generated images, I am getting an error that says "The file "All_device.jpg" could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that preview doesn't recognize.

Thoughts?
Thanks

Hi

Any number of aspects could be causing that.

- Have you changed the save location? Does your user have directory rights?
- Is the file 0 bytes long?
- Have you entered your Google API key - otherwise images will not be able to be download correctly?
- Does the log show anything???

You could turn on debug and show maps - and post the debug output if problem not simply solved.

Swear I asked this before but I've forgotten the answer.

There's no path listed in the config, and I've looked in the IWS images folder and the ~ user folder, and I can't find where the plugin saves map images by default.

Should be here:

Within current User Directory - Documents - and self created directory:

Mac-Username-Home/Documents/Indigo-iFindFriendMini/
