Grouping LIFX bulbs

Hi all,

What is the best way to group together LIFX bulbs so that they transition, turn on/off, etc. simultaneously?

I added my 10 bulbs to a single Action Group but the bulbs transition out of sync with one another. It makes for a pretty hilarious scene as they come on in a (seemingly) random order instead of together.

I am new to Indigo so I may be missing something obvious. Thanks in advance.

Re: Grouping LIFX bulbs

That's functionality (Grouping) that is not (yet) supported by the plugin. :|

I might take a look at it in the not too distant future as I have another couple of changes I need to make. :)

Thanks, Jon.

I saw that it was supported by the underlying lifxlan library. Let me know if I can be of any help testing.

Re: Grouping LIFX bulbs

Access to the grouping functionality is going to be useful to my upcoming kitchen project, so I might have put that on hold for while. Unless there is another way of getting a group of LIFX lights to change all at once.
