Just checked this to be sure.
My phone & my wife's phone are both shown as UP.
Both are members of Unifi-Count-Group0-Home.
The Unifi-Count-Group0-Home variable has a value of 1.
I tried reloading the plugin, no effect. V 7.9.72.
My wife left the house just now. I turned wifi off on my phone. Group0 remains = 1

DC this looks like a similar issue to the one I had. See this post http://forums.indigodomo.com/viewtopic.php?f=199&t=19366, one of the plugin updates changed the names from Unifi-Count-Group0-Home to Unifi_Count_Group0_Home - note the underscore. This might be your issue.
