Re: Paid Plugins

Can anyone confirm if the OS 10.12 version of iTunes still contains the syncing via Wi-Fi feature?

Quite apart from the fact that the plugins are a community effort, commercially it just doesn’t work. The numbers just aren’t there to make that a viable source of enough income to buy time from someone with the required skills.

I quite agree. Unless the pay rates of software engineers just crashed (they haven't) I can't see this being anything other than a very pleasant pastime for plugin developers.

Wi-Fi sync is still an option in iTunes 12.7.0.166.

Re: Paid Plugins

Just to close this thread up a bit, the Plugin Store allows developers to specify a way for users to donate to a plugin developer. I've noticed a few have set it up for their plugins but I haven't really asked what kind of response they're getting.

Paid Plugins

(FYI I plan to donate for the ones I use sometime hopefully this year, but due to ill health and missing a lot of work finances aren’t exactly stellar. But I will. Even if it’s just a token amount because I really do appreciate all the work you guys do.)

Re: Paid Plugins

sharing what and how you use the plugin would be really nice.. Getting a few $ is not why I am into programming and sharing.
