Humidity resolution

(Sorry if I missed an answer to this elsewhere)

Does the API limit the humidity resolution to 5%? When I log into my nest account online, I see granularity of 1%, but when I started graphing the humidity value from Nest Home, I noticed that it's only showing humidity values that are multiples of 5%.

"Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious."
