[SOLVED]: DO24PRMx-2Stack

Hello,
I have tried to connect to an EasyDAQ DO24PRMx-2Stack using Indigo v 6.0. So far, I've been less than successful. There is no specific pull down for a 48 relay stack in the menu. Using the 24 relay pull down, and attempting to activate relay #1 will activate relays 1-16 on both boards. Disconnecting the second board yields the same result with only board #1. Attempting to activate any other relay does nothing either alone or in concert with relay #1.

Do I have a driver problem or a hardware problem?

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,

So turning on just the 1st relay really turns on the first 16 relays of both boards?
And turning on the 2nd relay (or 3-24) does nothing at all?

I do see in the dev documentation it says, "USBDO96 card uses the same commands but uses a latching function. Email for more details." I don't know what that means exactly, but I'll see if they can provide more details.

Yes, at least the indicator LEDs come on, I haven't actually tested any but #1.

I've emailed the EasyDaq folks. I'll let you know what I hear back.

Indigo v6.0.13 is now available for download and includes support for EasyDAQ DO24PRMx stacks — up to 96 relays on a single USB port.
