I just realized that there has been some weird events that were logged in Indigo in the last few days. You can find them here.

2017-05-31 05:21:14.817 Error undefined byte (64) from interface
2017-05-31 05:21:14.818 Error CM11 communication stalled -- resetting to idle state
2017-05-31 05:21:15.219 Error undefined byte (00) from interface
2017-05-31 05:21:15.220 Error CM11 communication stalled -- resetting to idle state

Those could indicate one of the following:

1. Powerline noise
2. Failing CM11 interface
3. A failing USB to serial converter
4. A USB driver issue with the USB to serial converter

If you're seeing X10 traffic for devices that don't exist in your system, then it could also be a failing X10 device that's spewing lots of garbage on the power line and that's causing the noise in #1. Check out the signal troubleshooting page for suggestions on how to diagnose.
