Changed to 2413U interface so I can upgrade house to Insteon. 6.0.8 won't allow 2413U with Leviton HCM06 light switch. When I change the switch to General X10 designator, HCM06 must be ON to receive dim command and indigo thinks its always at 100%. Problem is that Indigo won't send 100% command if it thinks the switch already is at 100%......so I'm left with:
send ON
send 1% dim ( 0% turns the HCMO6 off ) to sync Indigo.
send desired % dim

Unfortunately you have run into a limitation of the 2413U hardware. The Leviton dimmers user special "extended" dim/brighten commands. Those commands to my knowledge are only used by the Leviton dimmers. Smarthome, in the more recent PowerLinc models including the 2413U/2412U/2414U, no longer supports those X10 commands.

The X10 CM15 does support those commands, so if you were to use that interface I think you would have better luck with the Leviton dimmers. Note, however, that Indigo cannot use both the CM15 and the PowerLinc at the same time. This means you would not be able to use INSTEON commands until you completely switchover to using one of the PowerLincs (and replace the Levitons).

Thanks for the quick response. Then I have 26 HCM06 to replace I ordered 10 dual-band Insteon switches today to replace the more critical X10's and my 3-step work-around will work off the rest. Thanks again.
