Device Error as a trigger

Perhaps this has been requested before.

I have a couple of devices that occasionally act in a flaky way and throw an error - no response:

Z-Wave Error send "Back Outdoor Holiday Lights Left" status request failed
Error "Greenhouse - Automatic vent " status request; send failed (no acknowledgment)

Is there a way to use these errors as a trigger to send email, reset a device, etc? This would be very powerful to alert to a problem that needs to be addressed or turn on another subroutine to try and get the device to go.

Re: Device Error as a trigger

Enable the SQL Logger plugin, then use the Error in Event Log event.
