This is called DomoPad and it has a free version on the Google Play store. There are instructions and other info available at viewforum.php?f=73

Many thanks to your solution. I managed to install DomoPad on Amazon Fire, but am unable to upgrade it to the Professional version to take full advantage of the DomoPad. http://forums.indigodomo.com/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=15207&p=145118#p145118
