I know this has been requested before but even using Touch 2.0 the image caching problem
is still there and, for me anyway, more frustrating than ever.
Whenever I change CP images, especially when I don't give them new names, it can take hours of restarting the server and powering off Touch devices to hopefully get them to finally refresh.
This issue has been around since day one. Please oh please could this get fixed soon?

+1 plus a way of perma caching items like large backgrounds!
