Change volume on 'speak'

Different kind of messages announced with 'voice synthesis speak' will be nice to play with different volumes.

Eg. spoken messages during an intruder alarm may be played loud, while messages to inform about small trivia may be played with a lower volume.

My feature request: Please make it possible to change volume on the native 'speak'. (Instead of having to use the Announcer plugin to accomplish this.)

This can also be achieved in appleScript.
It’s a bit more steps but can be done.
