Lock graphics on a control page

I'm trying to have a device graphic on a control page that shows locked or unlocked depending on the state of the door lock. Many hours of my life have come and gone but the graphic will not update. I have tried: Lock.png /Lock+on.png and Lock+on.png/Lock+off.png and Lock+locked.png/Locked+unlocked.png and about 20 other things.

Re: Lock graphics on a control page

Lock+.png (base image used if the value doesn't match anything else)
Lock+on.png (for when the lock is locked)
Lock+off.png (for when the lock is unlocked)

Re: Lock graphics on a control page

Thanks, that worked - but I did not understand I needed 3 images after reading the doc on control page images - my fault likely :-(

Re: Lock graphics on a control page

I did read that but I did not realize I needed 3 images - the part about the unknown state is what (I assume) was the problem. After reading it I figured

Name+on.png and Name+off would be enough - the requirement for 3 images was not clear to me after reading that section....

In any case, it is working now - so thanks for the help

Re: Lock graphics on a control page

When i saw this topic i thought 'oh.. excellent.. perhaps a way to lock graphics in place on a control page'... but no.. it was actually images of locks. Oh dear.

So uh.. wish list request.. lock elements in place :)

Computer says no.
