Indigo Domotics

The Cynical Weather plugin has an "alert URL" property on one of it's devices that has a link to somewhere on the net when a weather alert is active. Indigo has a "go to external URL" as a client action but that URL appears to be static text. Is there a way for me to get that to reference the device's alert URL property? As a bonus question, if so, can I also set it up so the triggering button is only enabled or visible when the property actually has a non-zero length value?

That functionality is not built-in though it's on the request list.

There also isn't a good generic way of doing it across all clients I don't believe.
