Is there a practical or hard limit for button size for a device state image?
It just occurred to me that I could make some states graphically obvious by creating backgrounds that are buttons, and those backgrounds change color to indicate whatever.

The larger the image, the more time it will take to load remotely.

The entire background image(s) on my display screen is based on a variable without any issues.
I have tinypng'ed them of course.
