Show Devices On

I have been trying to find out if there is a way to show a count of devices that are on.

By this i mean lets say my home has 12 lights on wave. Two lights are currently on. Is there a way to show 2 of 12 Lights are on in my control page?

Same for my locks or garage doors.

It would require using a script of some type to populate a variable, then you could show the variable on the control page. Roughly, the script would cycle through all devices, check to see if the onState was True, and increment a counter if it was. The you could set the variable. The script could be run periodically to update the variable (which might be grossly inefficient if you run it too often) or you could create a trigger for each device you want in the count to run whenever there's any change to the on state.
