I want to use an actiongroup to set the sound volume of the siren6 to 30% during nighthours and 60% during the day, by changing a configuration parameter. The siren is used as a doorbell as well. I have read through the engineering specs of the device but can not figure out which parameter I have to set to alter the volume of button 1 of the siren. Is there someone that has experience in this?

Which specific model are you trying to use? The ZW164? If so that one doesn't use Z-Wave configuration parameters for the volume. Instead you can try sending a raw Z-Wave command that has this format:
