Toggle ON/OFF Weirdness

I have a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

For the Action Group:
Code: Select all
"Roadside Lights ON/OFF"
             toggle “Porch & Garage Wall Lights"
             toggle “Roadside Floodlights"

for both toggle actions the ON toggle works but for one the OFF toggle fails to work, i.e., its light does not turn off--even though:

    1. OFF works when manually executed via the OFF button on the XPFM device's setup page [A], [C];
    2. lights on a lamp module on the same House/Device code (F9) turn (toggle) OFF while the lights on the XPFM do not;
    3. lights on another XPFM module (F10) in the same action group do toggle OFF; and
    4. the Event Log indicates that OFF was sent.

E.g.,

Code: Select all

Re: Toggle ON/OFF Weirdness

Unfortunately, you're using X10, which is very susceptible to power line noise and signal congestion. To compound the problem, X10 isn't a 2-way protocol, so all Indigo can do is tell your interface to send the command - we get nothing back about whether it was successful or not.

I suspect you're seeing sporadic signal issues. Check out the signal troubleshooting page for common causes and solutions to signal issues.
