[ANSWERED]: Aeon Minimote

Hi All,

Is there a way to get one of these to have one of the numbered buttons assigned to an action group, and if so, how? Or, is there another way to have these buttons run scenes? I am not new to home automation, but am to Z wave. What I am looking to do is what I used to be able to do with X10 remotes to run scenes. Any ideas?

Re: Aeon Minimote

Hi imongo - welcome to Indigo.

Is your minimote either of these:

viewtopic.php?t=9939

viewtopic.php?t=9881

They both call themselves minimote's in the thread so I don't know which you have - if either.

Have a search around - there's a lot of good info already answered; if you've still got questions then ask away.

Peter

It's the second one, 9881. I'll browse that and see... Thanks!

Re: Aeon Minimote

Use the Z-Wave Command Received trigger type, select the minimote, then select the button pressed/held event.
