Best method for restoring smart bulb state after power blip?

I'm just starting to think about this this morning. We all know the problem: when power is restored after an outage, every smart bulb in the place comes on at 100%.

Now I'm not looking for Indigo to fix this because it can't be that fast--the power will hit the bulbs before Indigo could possibly tell the bulb to resume it's previous state, even if I had a UPS on my Mac. (Note to self: I really need to get a UPS!)

I haven't paid attention to how Indigo picks back up after an outage, but if I recall correctly, it seems to remember where it was when the power went out. The trick would be to have Indigo send this status to each bulb again, now that it's powered on.

Anyone doing anything like this, or have ideas on how to make it happen?

SmartThings refugee, so happy to be on Indigo. Monterey on a base M1 Mini w/Harmony Hub, Hue, DomoPad, Dynamic URL, Device Extensions, HomeKitLink, Grafana, Plex, uniFAP, Fantastic Weather, Nanoleaf, LED Simple Effects, Bond Home, Camect.
