For some reason I am unable to edit an Action for a new Trigger. Or view or edit Actions for existing Triggers. I can see the Actions listed on the bottom of the Indigo Pro window (for existing Triggers), but if I select the Action button in the Edit Trigger window, I get nothing. Thoughts?
Interesting. It works if I am using Indigo from another Mac (Remote from the Server).

What OS version are you using on the Mac that's not working? And what Indigo version?

Try restarting the Mac to see if the problem persists.

Open the Console app. In the "system.log" window, type "indigo" into the search box. Then click on the "Edit..." button several times and see if it generates any errors in the console window.
Also, if you double-click the action in the list rather than clicking the "Edit..." button, does that work?
