I have a 2 wire SwitchLinc, and I want to repurpose the double tap commands. So when I doubletap the switch off, I want to leave the load controlled by the switch ON, and perform a different action in Indigo. Is this possible? I don't see a way to tell it to NOT turn off the switches load on a doubletap....

Not possible - there's no way to tell the switch to work in that way.
