Timers not working?

I have a few triggers that activate after a timed delay (bathroom fans turning off after light switch off received). These have worked in the past but no longer seem to function, I don't see anywhere where the timers are triggering. I have another trigger that immediately shuts off the fan with a double tap, which works fine, the timers just do not seem to be working any longer. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Using Indigo Pro 6.0.20.

No bug that we know of. Can you include Event Log lines from a bit before the trigger fires until after the delay was supposed to fire? Also, attach an image of your trigger config and the action config. I assume you're talking about delayed actions, right?
