[SOLVED]: Error on email scan authentication

Hi;

I changed my email password on microsoft live and now Indigo will not send me emails. It gives the error above. I have changed the password on Indigo too to correspond to microsoft live. There are two places that changed it, when you stop and start the server for incoming mail and outgoing mail, but is there another place that I'm forgetting? I even changed the Prisum server password too and still I get errors. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry, stated it wrong

1. Changed email password for incoming and outgoing traffic in preferences
2. changed Prism password in stop and start server

A little more information,

Microsoft live says there were successful logins to correspond to Indigo (presently scanning emails every 3 min ). Please see below:

Never mind everyone;

I just discovered that I have a two step process for email and that I needed to use the app password that Microsoft provides instead of my email password that I use on my computer !
