Change pending

Hi all,

I modified the settings (poll time) of a Fibaro Door/Window sensor; now, state is "change pending" and I do not get notified when the window is opened/closed.
If a make a change again, nothing happens.

Shall I exclude it and re-include it?

Wake the device - its waiting to apply the changes you made but can't until it wakes up.

Usually hourly but you might have changed the wake interval.

There will be a button inside it to force it to wake.

Yes, I did it.
Originally it was 4h, then I changed it to 1 per day, but the change was not applied. I would have expected that having 4h, after 4h max, the change was applied, but I was wrong.

I will try to wake it up again.

Changing a configuration setting on a sleeping module shouldn't impact how it sends/receives alarm commands (door/window open/close). So I think something else went wrong. If manually waking it doesn't help then try excluding/re-including, and re-syncing. Also make sure it has fresh batteries.
