Hello -
In lieu of starting a new topic, this issue seems related to an issue I am seeing with the Zooz 4-in-1 sensor not updating their battery level once depleted and changed. This issue only occurs on sensors with encryption enabled, those with encryption disabled function normally. I graph the battery levels of the motion sensors and can clearly see the battery level deplete to zero over time. Those with encryption stay at zero after the battery is replaced, those unencrypted will update their battery level after a couple of hours have passed. The only solution I have found is to use the Define & Sync process several times and once in a while I get lucky and the battery status updates.
The issue would be more clear if battery updates were never sent, however I only see this once new batteries are placed. Is it possible the update is being lost during decryption (or not being sent at all)?
