My father tried the last diagram (actually this his my father house, I am 1400 km away from it :) ) and Fibaro is working, but not the press button which was already there.
I will try to get the info regarding the Fibaro module.

It's the garage door machine, not the Fibaro, we're trying to identify. :-)

However, it sounds like S1 is set to detect momentary vs non-momentary or vice-versa. That's a config change.

Unfortunately I did not succeed yet to get the system working.
Is this Fibaro Relay also able to get binary input or it works only as output?
I mean, I can put on the garage door a mechanical switch and wire it to the Fibaro Relay, or do I need the Fibaro Universal Sensor which can accepts binary input?
