Best Motion Sensor?

Best Motion Sensor?
I have all insteon motion sensors now, but I saw a post from Jay (i think) suggesting the Z-wave ones are better. Our usage is 1/2 occupancy (internal, 5-10m range max) and security (external, 10-15m) on the back deck and front yard. Any recommendations?

Yes, I use them outdoor (IP44), battery life is very good.
