Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

Did you just recently create the device in Indigo or is this one you've had for a while? Try deleting the device in Indigo then recreating it.

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

Hi Jay ... This sensor is a new addition.

I deleted the device, then created/synced it again for same result ... what am I doing wrong?

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

Indigo doesn't have a device definition for that sensor yet, but does support the DHS MultiSensor model DHS-ZW-SNMT-01.

What is the model number of the particular sensor you have, and what capabilities does it have? The one Indigo supports has motion, temperature, and luminance sensors.

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

Device info below:

Cat No. DHS-SNS-MS-DHS

The DHS Z-Wave Multi-Sensor is a smart, battery-powered Motion/Temperature/Luminosity sensor. This device is capable of sending Z-Wave commands to any associated Z-Wave devices within its Z-Wave network when someone moves inside a room or the Temperature/Luminosity changes.

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

It looks like this one matches the existing device profile we have so we will add support for it to the next Indigo 6.1 dot release.

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

I've added the new device definition for this multi sensor to v6.1.5 (now available).

Re: DHS Motion Sensor Error (onOffState not defined)

Please get the just-released Indigo 6.1.6 installer. There was an issue in 6.1.5 which might effect this change.
