Indigo Not Tracking Fan Speed

I had to replace a bad Fanlinc, but after installing the new one Indigo doesn't display the correct speed.

In the DEVICE interface Indigo displays [as example] LOW, when actually it is MED. Press the 'Send Status Request' button and Indigo Updates to the correct MED

Same with the CP 'FanLinc Fan+.png' icon being wrong

How does Indigo get/store the Device State, and how can I fix this?

Do another Define and Sync on the FanLinc to make sure that all the links are correct. Copy/paste any errors that might occur in the Event Log during the sync process.
