restart issues

Everytime I restart my computer I have to disconnect my 2413U (prior to restarting)otherwise Indigo cannot cannot connect to the 2413U after the restart. Is there something I need to reinstall or reset to avoid this issue?

What is your mac box and which op sys.
With Mac Pro 2008 El Capitan I added a usb card into the mac and then every worked fine. The build in USB ports have become useless with recent opsys

I just uploaded the new fdp drivers to see if that will make a difference

I am using a Mac mini. High Sierra, so no way to put in a usb card.

I am still having the issue which is frustrating to have to unplug the usb cable restart and then replug in the usb cable.

High Sierra is likely your problem (there are USB bugs). Try the workaround outlined in our blog post.
