Moving to version 7

I am getting an error message when launching the Indigo 7 (see screenshot), what could be the problem?

Re: Moving to version 7

It means the Indigo Server app is a different version than the Indigo Client app. Re-run the installer and restart your Mac (and do this on all Macs you use Indigo from).

Re: Moving to version 7

Thank you for your help. I got the database moved, everything is populated however I am not able to communicate with PowerLine Modem, what could be the problem? This was working on High Sierra on version 6.

Re: Moving to version 7

There definitely are reports of USB problems with High Sierra for some folks (not everyone though). Are you sure you have the correct serial port selected for the PowerLinc in the interface options/preferences dialog? Also, copy/paste the contents of the Event Log window after a failure. It will provide us with a lot more details than a screenshot.

Strange. It just came back online after disconnect adapter, removing USB, hold the button and power on, now it works.

Re-created the username and password, so I can connect to Indigo database via iPhone but now the PowerLine modem is offline again.

Re: Moving to version 7

I think this could be the USB problems some folks are having on High Sierra. Read over this thread and try using a USB2 hub to see if that gets it working reliably again.
