ZWave Failing After Fresh Install of OS X

Last night I was forced to reinstall OS X 10.12.5 on my Mac mini. I did what I always do and copied the needed directories over to a backup drive. After install I installed the ZWave Drivers like always. When I copied the Indigo 7 Folder back Zwave wouldn't start. I tried clicking on the configure Interface but nothing would popup. I disabled and then enabled it again but nothing. So I deleted Indigo and did a raw install and opened it up. Enabled ZWave Interface and it posed up like it should. ZWave was then running. When I copied my directory back again Zwave failed again.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Basically, follow the steps in Moving an Indigo 7 install to another Mac and that should get it up and running. Make sure you're running from an Admin account on the new Mac and that it's the account that Indigo will run from (to get permissions right).

Why won't the Wave Interface Config pop up in Indigo. Drivers are installed, and work on a basic install. I am also on an Admin account.

I have a thought that maybe on the copy to the backup drive something got messed up. I have a backup copy thats a few months old I am going to try to copy over.

Are there any errors in the Event Log? Did you rerun the Indigo 7 installer after moving the folder over?

Just the error that says Interface didn't start. No I ran Indigo Installer first then copied the folder over.....did I do this backwards

Yes. The instructions say move the folder THEN run the Indigo installer. It will correct any permission errors which I think it probably your issue.
