Version 1.3.2 and "There was a problem communicating" ...

Hi,

I'm getting a "There was a problem communicating with the Indigo server" on a fairly regular basis on my device which has version 1.3.2 on it. It'll do this for quite a period of time, then recover and work again. It seems to be the case when I arrive home it won't connect.

Even changing the server settings won't cause it to reconnect.

Another device with 1.0.3 doesn't seem to have the problem at all.

Is there anything I can do to help diagnose what has happened when it goes to this state?

Thanks,
Ed.

Sorry to hear of the troubles... that is indeed usually indicative of it having a network issue connecting -- whether it is failing to switch home/away or it having trouble accessing the WiFi network (such as your phone taking a while to associate). Will you go into the settings and error reporting section and put something in the Unique Identifier field (such as your forum username). Then next time that you start getting the error, send a debug report via the top right menu (any screen that supports it such as items). Watch it and when it reconnects, send another report.
