Item not available in your country

I'm trying to download domopad from the playstore, but the store says that the item is not available in my country. (Portugal)
Is this suposed to be like that?

I just went an enabled it for Portugal, so it should appear for you shortly... It isn't exactly "supposed" to be like that except that Google makes you somewhat manage the countries and localized prices individually so not all are checked for logistics reasons. I don't mind adding as I find users who want it though.
