2421 TriggerLinc Issue

I meet trouble for including my 2421 in Indigo, on 4 devices 2 fails but when I push the set button, I can see it in the log !

I tried several factory reset on the 2421 without success !
How I can flush it from the powerlinc ?
Any clue?

Copy/paste the lines from the Event Log window when you try to do the Define and Sync on the device. Note that you'll have to keep it awake for syncing to work correctly - press and hold the set button on it for several seconds before doing the sync.

The battery is brand new, during the sync he ask me to wake up device, but he is already in link mode....

There's a problem with communication between the PowerLinc and the TriggerLinc - note how many times the PowerLinc had to request the engine version information from the device before it responded. Same with the device type. After that it was hit or miss until it finally just stopped responding. My guess is that it's just going back to sleep - this was an issue with the early TriggerLincs.

Just to eliminate potential distance issues, make sure the TriggerLinc is physically close to the PowerLinc. Remove the battery and wait for 30 seconds. Insert the battery and immediately begin the sync process (inserting the battery may cause it to stay awake a bit longer). If you start seeing repeated messages in the Event Log, or if it stops doing anything before the sync is finished, tap the set button. You may have to do that multiple times during the sync process to keep it awake long enough for the sync to finish.

Thank You Jay, got it working after unplug/plug the powerlinc, so now I'm looking for get battery status !

AFAIK, no Insteon device reports the actual battery status, though some will send a group ON when the battery gets low. Those reports, however, are fairly unreliable.
