Indigo Domotics

A few of my Insteon keypads occasionally flash off, where all LEDs turn off for less than a second.

I've resync'd each and removed a link to an "Unknown device" in one of them. Also reset the Insteon Interface. Also, unchecked "Report all errors on NAK ...." Finally, I've also manually reset each of the keypads by pulling out the plastic air gap on each.

Anyone know what might cause the keypad to flash dark like that?

Sounds like it was doing an internal reset. I'd contact Smarthome about it.
