[SOLVED]Cant get rid of unknown devices even after

I am getting a lot of ghost devices. You can see Unknown Device - Not Erasable when inspecting several devices.

I am having an issue with some ghost devices, and read through several older forum posts, but I am having a mixed bag of success trying to get rid of these ghost devices.

It doesn't seem to matter if the devices are older or newer, but I have mostly ApplianceLincs, SwitchLincs, and On/Off Modules. I am confident in the reset procedure I am using. I have been successful on some of the devices by:

1. Performing a factory reset at the device (usually followed by a long beep and the device turning on)
2. Selecting Define and Sync and going through that process
3. Selecting Re-Sync Links and going through that process
4. Selecting Manage Links and observing the ghost devices are now gone (or not in the problem cases).

Take a look at the following video and the corresponding attached log file:

The log file also shows where I did a Sync Links on the 2413U.

Added attachment to show some details on my device inventory.

Server Info
Mac Mini OS X 10.11.6
Indigo Server 6.1.11

Thanks,

Chris

Re: Cant get rid of unknown devices even after device reset

Hold down the Option key when you click on the Manage Links button and you'll be able to select and delete those links.
