Neo CoolCam Water Sensor (WS01Z) - preliminary support.

I apologise to everyone for holding up the 7.1 release ;)

But thanks to Matt & Jay for adding all those NEO devices over the past month and looking at the supported list it is pretty well stocked with the latest devices now.

(But can I again request for 7.1.1 the TKB TZ69E Wall Plug Switch/Meter you added to "The List" in January)

:D Based on the model ID reported, it definitely looks like they neglected to update it for the newer version. Does it seem to be working okay?

It does. Indigo had no troubles connecting to it and when I put them on a wet surface Indigo sees that.
