Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

We don't yet have a device definition for it. We do have definitions for the Fibaro smoke and leak sensors, but even if we didn't the basic "sensor on/off" functionality would work I believe. So it is possible the CO Sensor will work out-of-the-box with basic functionality, and we can add it to our Z-Wave definition list in a future version. If you get one then copy/paste the Event Log results of the sync into a reply here. Also post any URLs you have to the PDF documentation for it.

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

I bought Fibaro CO sensors too and basic on/off functionality exists but nothing else.

Here are sync details of FGCD-001 (I guess Jonhug accidentally provided some other devices info since it says Duwi on manufacturers name :) ):

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

Thanks, between that Event Log snippet and the manual PDF I think we have what we need to get support added for it. You can probably use the Trigger to catch raw Z-Wave commands if you want to be able to trigger off of it now – it'll just take some experimenting (with Indigo's Z-Wave Debug logging checkbox enabled) to see what command it is sending so you can define the trigger correctly.

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

Thanks Matt! I’ll see if I can find raw commands for CO levels and post my findings here.

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

Hi Matt

Were you able to add support for the Fibaro CO2 sensor in Indigo 7.2?

Thanks

Jonathan

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

Hi Jonathan – afraid it didn't make it into 7.2.0, but it is pretty high on my list to add.

Re: Fibaro CO Sensor

Indigo 7.3 (and 7.3.1) are now available and should support the Fibaro Carbon Monoxide Sensor (FGCD001).
