Z-wave network scan

I am looking for a solution to scan my z-wave network mesh.
A couple of the nodes at the far end seem to be out of the network, even though they have neighbour nodes from the network.
I thought I had seen a plugin, but now on searching, couldn't find any solution to visualize the Z-wave mesh.

There is a zwave scanner plugin and some basic mappings in indigoutilities plugin

In addition to Karl's suggestions, I have also published the Z-Wave Node Matrix script that will produce a visual representation of the network like this:
