Aeon Labs Aeotech DSC11 power strip - send raw commands

I recently got a DSC11 power strip and it's not properly reporting the power use for outlets 1 & 2...I submitted a ticket to Aeon Labs and they replied with this:

You should set these parameter settings to have the DSC11 report all reports:

Parameter 101 [4 byte dec] = 32639 (converted from 0111 1111 0111 1111 binary to decimal)
Parameter 111 [4 byte dec] = 240

This should report all kwh and watt values over all sensors.

I've never actually sent the raw commands and not sure how to format it...would like to see if this fixes it. If not, will see about a RMA.

Any assistance with understanding and formatting would be awesome.

Hi Ross.

You don't need raw commands for that.

Just go to Interfaces > Zwave > Set configuration parameter (or something like that)

In the box that appears, put 101 in top box, choose 4 bytes from second box, then hit the Read button to make sure it's reporting a value ok.

If it is, then overwrite the value with 32639 and hit Write.

Now repeat the process with 111 / 240.
