Flood Sensor

This is what I did for my sump pump (Aeotec HEM). I had a conversation with Aeotec engineers about this issue (monitoring energy with no switch) and truly believe that there's a niche to be filled here. A pass-through, plug-in Z-Wave energy meter would be very welcome by me.

I have it on my long range plan to see if it would be possible to crack one open and disable the switching relay in the on position--such that it would be impossible for the switch to be turned off--but leaving all other features intact.
